Rainy River District Victim Services Program (RRDVSP)  partners with emergency services to provide immediate emotional and practical support to victims of crime and other tragic circumstances. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Who we service

RRDVSP services the Rainy River District including the nine First Nations communities in the Fort Frances Tribal Area.

We're here to help

RRDVSP provides victims and clients with confidential emotional support, practical assistance, referral services, sexual assault counselling, and Victims Quick Response Program Plus (VQRP+). Our clients can also be referred to the program by community service professionals or via walk-ins at our downtown Fort Frances office.

Rainy River District Victim Services Program provides immediate crisis response, intervention and prevention services which are responsive to the needs of individuals, families and communities affected by crime and sudden tragedies.  Funding for this program is provided by the government of Ontario. Member of the Victim Crisis Assistance Ontario Program.
